This Bibliography attempts to be comprehensive, and therefore includes a substantial number of categories and sub-categories.
In hopes of facilitating navigation through the site, I have tried to include flow-chart style graphics to clarify the conceptual categories and
indicate location in the hierarchy I've created. Any feedback on either the ease of use or the choice of categories is appreciated.
