I think the gist of this provision is how to interpret the phrase,
“defendant has engaged in or directed to that State”.
In other words, by referring to this phrase, is a company permitted to use a
disclaimer claiming that they intend to do business only in limited countries that they designated in advance?
Let’s assume what will follow if the answer is “no”.
