In the context of the conventional framework, I think it important to review the Hague Draft Convention, which has been intensively discussed since yesterday and will be discussed today as well.

Among others, I will deal with 4 issues, which is Contracts, Consumer Contracts, Branches, and Tort.

And I want you to think about what is really a unique issue to the Internet, and if any, what can be desirable solutions to those new issues.
