Ronaldo Lemos da Silva, Jr.

Ronaldo Lemos da Silva Jr. is attorney with the law firm Suchodolski Advogados Associados, Sao Paulo, Brazil. He is Professor at the University of Sao Paulo Law School and at the Brazilian Society for Public Law (SBDP), being responsible for Internet studies at its affiliated entity, the School of Global Law. He is author of several works including: 'Software Licensing Agreements' published in "Licensing Contracts" by BNA International Inc., 2000; chapter on "The Law of International On-line Business", edited by Dennis Campbell, Sweet & Maxwell, 1999, et alli. He is a member of the international working group on electronic commerce of the National Law Center for International Free Trade, Arizona and honorary member of the Center for International Legal Studies, Salzburg, Austria.
