Attorney, Graduate of the Catholic University of Argentina, 1986. Notary Public. Member of the board, College of Notaries of the Federal Capital. Mr. Devoto is co-founder and Director of ITCenit - Centro de Investigaciones en Information Technology, Argentina, http://www.it-cenit.org.ar, a member of the Information and Legal Security Commission of the International Union of Latin Notaries, a member of the Committee that was in charge of drafting the Digital Signature Law in Argentina, and Director of the page Argentinean Notaries in the Digital Era, Colegio de Escribanos, Buenos Aires, http://www.colegio-escribanos.org.ar.

Mr. Devoto is co-author of the initiative "ARGENTINA DIGITAL", an IT master plan presented to the Argentinean government. Co-author of the book "ARGENTINA DIGITAL. El impacto de la Revolución Digital en la Economía Argentina", Ed. Cenit, Nov.1999. Through ITCenit, he has dictated several courses and seminars related to the Digital Revolution and its impact on the law and the economy. He is in charge of the conference DERECHO & ECONOMÍA DIGITAL 2000.
