- Joined IFPI as a Legal Adviser in September 1999
- Responsible for Copyright and related matters with special emphasis on the development of legislation and international agreements.
- Focus on questions resulting from the use of music on the Internet and the implementation of the 1996 WIPTreaties.
- Represents IFPI in the Council of Europe and the WIPStanding Committees on Trademarks (SCT) and on Copyright and Related Rights (SCCT)
Previous Position:
Senior Researcher and Lecturer with Prof. Dr. Thomas Hoeren in Muenster at the Institute for Information, Telecommunications and Media Law (1996-1999)
