Thomas Bell is a Partner in the Seattle office of Perkins Coie LLP, where he chairs the Internet and Electronic Commerce Group. Tom's represents Internet industry leaders with particular emphasis in negotiating transactions and counseling clients in the deployment of on-line business models. He regularly advises clients regarding on-line agreements, including linking, advertising, co-branding, site development and strategic alliances, web site content liability, on-line product and service launches, electronic signatures and privacy. Tom's clients include Dell, Costco, Amazon.com, Northern Light Technology and GE.
