Elizabeth A. Banker is Corporate Counsel for Yahoo! Inc., handling legal and policy issues related to Yahoo! products and services, including law enforcement investigations, civil litigation/discovery, federal and state regulations, consumer protection and fraud, copyright, privacy, defamation, and other issues. Prior to joining Yahoo!, Elizabeth was an associate in the Washington, DC office of Steptoe & Johnson LLP where she worked on encryption licensing and policy issues. Elizabeth also served as the Assistant General Counsel of the President's Commission on Critical Infrastructure Protection.
