Sec. 13 [Claims for Injunctions and Withdrawal]
(1) Proceedings for an injunction may be instituted against
any person who uses or recommends standard contract conditions which are void according to the provisions or
Paragraphs 9 to 11 of this Act requiring that person not to
use or to recommend such conditions and, in the case of
recommendation, to withdraw it.
