Unfair Competition Act

Sec. 13 [Claim for Injunction and Damages;

Right of Action]

(1) Any person who violates Sections 4, 6, 6c, 12 may be

enjoined from the violating acts.

(2) In cases of Section 1, 3, 4, 6 to 6 e, 7, 8, the claim for

injunction may be asserted
