The OECD Ministerial was a first in may ways. Not only was it the first OECD Ministerial held in Canada, but it was the first conducted in partnership with business, labour and social interest groups, as well as other international organizations.

We welcomed about 900 delegates from more than 40 countries and a dozen international organizations. Nearly 200 industry leaders participated in discussions and 33 companies used the opportunity to display their technology in an e-com showcase held in conjunction with the Conference.
