Concept of Mandatory Law in Germany- Consumer Contracts and Choice of Forum
Consumer Protection does not rule out choice of law/forum per se, unless:
- Choice of law/forum itself already creates a worse legal position for the consumer
- which is usually the case because choice of forum before court proceeding is invalid under German law
