CBBB is the umbrella organization for 132 BBBs in US and 15 in Canada.
For those few who are not familiar with the BBB, it is a business membership organization dedicated to promoting and implementing an ethical marketplace relationship between business and consumers through self-regulation and education.
BBBOnLine is the online subsidiary for CBBB, carrying its mission to the internet.
BBBs have about 300,000 local business members in US and Canada, and about 350 large corporate members at the national levels in those countries.
In the US we have 100% brand recognition according to a 1996 Gallup study.
