Rosalyn is an a Associate Director with Warburg Dillon Read currently leading the Year 2000 European Programme Management team. Rosalyn qualified and was employed as a corporate and banking lawyer at Slaughter and May practising national and cross border corporate law for 4 years. She spent a year further year working on small cap Corporate Finance at Pinsent Curtis in London before joining Warburg's. In addtion to working on technology driven projects she has maintained throughout the last two years a keen interest in e-commerce banking issues and is on the executive committee of the ILPF.
