Ms. Eisenhauer's practice focuses on privacy, security and fair information practices including the development of company policies governing the use and distribution of public and non-public data, representation of information services companies before various self-regulatory bodies, participation in state and federal hearings on privacy topics, and the development and implementation of procedures for compliance with laws such as the HIPAA and GLBA privacy regulations, international data protection laws, the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, and the Fair Credit Reporting Act. She also works extensively with companies developing programs to comply with industry self-regulatory guidelines. She holds an MS degree in Information and Computer Science, Georgia Institute of Technology, J.D., with honors, University of Georgia School of Law, and a B.A. from Davidson College.

Speeches and Presentations
Ms. Eisenhauer is a frequent speaker on privacy, data protection and information management topics. In addition to national and industry-specific audiences, she conducts regular client training seminars to educate company personnel on privacy issues within their organizations. She has spoken on privacy and security as they affect Internet use, customer relationship management, information management, compliance, content regulation, and numerous related business and legal topics. Her audiences are often professional organizations and conferences such as the ABA Antitrust Law Section , Insurance Industry Privacy Summit and Money Laundering Forum, Women in Government, International Franchising Association, the Financial Services Industry Privacy Compliance Conference, the National Economic Crime Summit, Privacy Working Group, National Association of Attorneys General, among many others.
