Denis E. Henry is Vice-President, Regulatory Law of Bell. Mr. Henry is responsible at Bell Canada for telecommunications and broadcasting regulatory law generally, as well as other administrative law matters (e.g., Copyright Board). He has represented Bell Canada and its alliance partners in a variety of major CRTC regulatory proceedings, including the Regulatory Framework proceeding, the Split Rate Base proceeding, and the Price Caps proceeding. He is also responsible for public policy, law, and regulatory matters associated with the internet and e-commerce. In addition to serving on the Executive Committeee of the ILPF, Mr. Henry is Bell Canada's representative on the Board of the Canadian Association of Internet Providers (CAIP). He has lectured frequently at various industry conferences.
